I have been on customer support since 2:30pm. It is now 4:07pm.
I am having the prolem of not being able to set my custom ringtones (which were tranfered correctly using PhoneTools), on my RAZR, dispite them being under Sounds in my Media Gallery.
They were also the correct bit-rate(64kb/s) & under 2:30 in lenght :(
I got some good assistance but had to transfer lines [Skype], and then I got disconnected when beind transfered, and lastly I got a half-assery response that sometimes "Telus" does not allow custom ringtones....BUT I WAS TOLD THAT WAS NOT TRUE BY TELUS THEMSELVES T______________T*
I might try again on Tuesday...."might".
I FUCKING WISH EVERYONE'S SUPPORT WAS AS GOOD AS TELUS' D,:
They couldn't help me (as they can't help with phone model problems at this time, and it is Motorola's job), but they let me know that I should add 2 things and save myself like $30, and I did it will only cost me $5 (so my bill should be $60).
They are soooooooo nice and friendly, and actually seem to care.
I want to switch phones (I originally wanted a Samsung)..... ;-; since I'm going to have to deal with Motorola for 3 years....though José was friendly/helpful (2nd Motorola support-guy)...until I got dropped by the PhoneTools tech-support.
I just wanted 3 videogame songs for ringtones (DarkWoods-DarkWorld, Tension Rising, & Sheik's Theme) *punches Motorola*
I'll have to see if any new phones come-in that I can exhange for D:
