Ok I AM NOT watching YnM in the raw format. I am watching it with big yellow subtitles, because that is how I like my subtitles; yellow with a fat-outline.

The next is what the basic/default setting for them is;

Unless I'm mistaken, the big fat yellow subtitles are what the official ones on the DVDs look like.

How do you get subtitles to appear in other programs if they are IN the file. I don't have WinMedia Player 9 or 10 btw.

I don't like VLC, but I have to use it for GinTama and YnM

IN the file? They should appear automatically if they are so. Do you mean subtitled anime in video formats avi or mp4? The players I use are Media Player Classic or Zoom Player. I only use MPC if Zoom Player can't play a video.
